MADE by Fairfax was engaged for its digital and social media expertise and tools. Our end-to-end social media plan needed to generate engagement with customers, CSUITE executives and future leaders across various social media platforms. MADE by Fairfax also had to amplify engaging, quality and newsy content in realtime; content that was strategic and met clear business objectives.
As GE is an innovative, market leading and influential brand, we also needed to suggest and implement new channels, ideas and formats, as well as explain and execute new updates across GE social channels.
MADE by Fairfax created, drove and implemented an end-to-end, measurable social media strategy across GE Australia. MADE by Fairfax manages GE’s social media channels across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit , Paid Media and Newsletters. Our internal design studio creates the videos, GIFs, quotes, carousels, canvases and rich content across social media. We adopted a test and learn approach, testing new formats to see which one performs the best, and works across channels, including Facebook, Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.
Since we have launched engagement has increased by 35% on Facebook.
65% Twitter and 19% on LinkedIn. Through social media we have generated over 1,000 new subscribers to GE Reports. We have activated a new Instagram channel which has been receiving positive comments and interaction from the community.
